How To Safely Haul Your Classic Car
Begin by looking at your trailer. Is there sufficient length for the Classic Car plus enough space to operate the ratchet assemblies at the fore and aft of the bodywork? There's a perfect example of commercial compromise just a few miles from my house. It's called the China Hut Donut Shop. I've never eaten there, but I'm guessing the egg rolls have holes in the middle and an hour after eating one of the donuts you're hungry again.

Some people say the secret to a happy marriage is money. Some say it's good sex. Others say it's having children. I say it's compromise. Of course, if my marriage were a monarchy and John and I were younger versions of Prince Phillip and Queen Elizabeth, I'd have so many hats I'd never have to worry about a bad hair day again - but I digress.
When John and I were first married he thought that giving a little meant giving in. I'd grown up with sisters. I didn't learn how to cook, but I learned how to make concessions. I'm not saying John's mother spoiled him. Obviously not. When he teases, he's as fresh as he ever. It's just that when it came to decisions, being one flesh wasn't his strong point.
Happily, marriage and children have mellowed him. Naming our children was a "together promise". When we lived near his mother, so was raising our children; and when our children were teenagers, life was a constant meeting in the middle.
If spouses don't learn how to meet in the middle, they'll meet in divorce court. If there's something I don't want to do but know I should, I try to meet myself in the middle. I see-saw back and forth with my conscience until I come up with an acceptable solution.

Intel has withdrawn its support for the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) project which aims to provide children in the developing world with cheap, highly innovative laptops.
The OLPC and Intel have only been shacked up for the last six months but it’s been an uneasy marriage to say the least. OLPC founder Nicholas Negroponte and Intel’s Craig Barrett have both taken stabs at each other in the press. Negroponte has accused Intel of ‘dumping’ lots of its rival Classmate PCs onto the market to undermine the OLPC’s XO laptop while Intel is reputedly claiming that the OLPC wanted Intel to stop selling Classmate PCs for good in favour of pushing XO. Intel spokesman Chuck Mulloy said:
“OLPC had asked Intel to end our support for non-OLPC platforms, including the Classmate PC, and to focus on the OLPC platform exclusively. At the end of the day, we decided we couldn't accommodate that request.”
In an email to Infoworld, OLPC president Walter Bender fired off a few parting shots:
“My expectation was that there's lots of room for cooperation, particularly on software ... [but] I couldn't get Intel interested in helping me with any of those problems. The only thing they [Intel marketing people] were interested in was ... helping them make marketing statements about how Intel's approach to learning was different from OLPC's approach to learning. They weren't interested in how we can learn together and make something better for kids."

“OLPC had asked Intel to end our support for non-OLPC platforms, including the Classmate PC, and to focus on the OLPC platform exclusively. At the end of the day, we decided we couldn't accommodate that request.”
In an email to Infoworld, OLPC president Walter Bender fired off a few parting shots:
“My expectation was that there's lots of room for cooperation, particularly on software ... [but] I couldn't get Intel interested in helping me with any of those problems. The only thing they [Intel marketing people] were interested in was ... helping them make marketing statements about how Intel's approach to learning was different from OLPC's approach to learning. They weren't interested in how we can learn together and make something better for kids."

Blog Theme Standardization
This latest theme that you see is Simplicity. Like it for it’s professional look and the side bars tha allows me to put in lots of stuffs and of course it supports widgets. The Copyblogger theme was also a damn good theme but unfortunately I could not bring myself to use it for my Free Links blog. I was using it for my Making a Living Blog though
I have standardised all 3 blogs of mine to look exactly the same. I am of the opinion that when readers of my other blogs stumble here they will be able relate this blog to the others and hopefully support this blog as they have supported me in my other blogs.
One very cool thing about this theme is the ability to align pictures easily. This feature is also found in the Copyblogger Theme. There was no hint given by the designer though so I experimented with what was taught by Pearson when I used his Copyblogger theme and found that it actually works though I had to use a different class tag.

In the Copyblogger theme, the tags used were![]()
to align the image left or right. Whereas, this theme I have to us ![]()
to insert it left or alignright to make ot go right. Of course “center” will make the image stay perfectly at the center. One very cool feature was however missing and that is the ability to put a frame round th image, but there is a default border include so that looks equally good and I am not complaining about anything. Looking at the image here i don’t think it looks too bad at all.
